MEETING   NOTICE:
The October meeting of MIFDI will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 hosted by the Lynnfield Fire Department courtesy of Chief Glen Davis. We will meet at the new Lynnfield Fire HQ station, 1100 Salem St, South Lynnfield. MIFDI last met in Lynnfield for our June 2018 meeting.

The training presentation will provided by the Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) with a program n “Electrical Safety for First Responders”. RMLD was established in 1894 and covers the communities of Reading, North Reading, Wilmington and a portion of Lynnfield.

DIRECTIONS:
From I-95/Rt.128, take Exit 61. Turn right on Walnut St and take a quick left at the traffic light onto Salem St. Follow Salem St aprox 1-mile to Summer St. The fire station will be on the corner at the intersection. There is plenty of free parking in the rear of the station.

SCHEDULE:
0930: Coffee, 1000: Presentation, 1100: Business meeting, 1130: Tour of the new fire station, 1200: Lunch (off site).
