JANUARY MEETING:

Our January meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 hosted once again by the National Fire Protection Association located at One Batterymarch Park, Quincy courtesy of NFPA President Jim Pauley. MIFDI was last hosted at NFPA for our January 2019 meeting.

Our program will be presented by NFPA Fire Protection Analyst Casey Grant with an interesting program titled “The Unsolved Mystery of the Cocoanut Grove Fire”. Many lessons and fire safety improvements were instituted as a result of that tragic fire.

SCHEDULE:
0930: Coffee (Provided), 1000: Program, 1130: Business meeting,
1200: Lunch (On site)

DIRECTIONS:
From Rt. 128 (I-93), take Exit 6 which is Rt.37. At the end of the exit head EAST toward Quincy. Travel 3 traffic lights (aprox 1-mile). At the third light, turn right on Batterymarch Park. The NFPA is in Building 1.

NOTE: Be sure to have some type of photo identification with you for security purposes.
