FEBRUARY MEETING:.

The February meeting of MIFDI will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 which is our annual visit to the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services and the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy courtesy of Acting State Fire Marshal Peter Ostroskey and MFA Director George Kramlinger.  We will meet in Classroom 127 (Check the welcome screen in the lobby in the event of a room location change).

We will be greeted by MFA Director George Kramlinger who will provide us with an update since our last visit to the academy. We also expect to have newly appointed State Fire Marshal Peter Ostroskey stop in and offer his vision for the future of the Department of Fire Services. Finally, the new Coordinator of the Impact Program, John Spillane, will provide us with an update on what training programs are currently being offered as well as some of the new programs being developed.
